DON CASEY, President & CEO, Anywhere Integrated Services and Relocation

Don Casey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Anywhere Integrated Services. He was appointed to this role in 2002, and the company has experienced tremendous growth throughout his tenure.

Notably, in 2006, Don oversaw the acquisition of Title Resources Guaranty Company, a Texas-based title underwriting entity. Under Don’s leadership, Title Resources grew to be the fifth largest title underwriter in the country—operating in nearly 40 states, with reported revenues of approximately $400 million—and was successfully positioned for a joint venture with Centerbridge Partners, L.P., which was approved during the first quarter of 2022.

Earlier in his career, Don held multiple senior positions within Cendant Corporation, beginning with the role of Secondary Marketing Analyst for PHH Mortgage (PHH) in 1989. He was promoted to Vice President of Government Operations in 1993 and to Senior Vice President of Real Estate Brands in 1995, before being appointed to his current role when Cendant consolidated its title and settlement services assets within its Real Estate Services division. 

Prior to joining Cendant, Don served as Vice President of the First Mortgage Alliance Program for Westpac Pollock Mortgage Finance, and Vice President of Mortgage Finance for L.F. Rothschild Mortgage Capital Corporation.

Don earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Don is a member of the board of directors of Guaranteed Rate Affinity, LLC, and he is a Director of the General Partner of Title Resources Group.

DON EVANS, Executive Vice President

Don Evans is Executive Vice President for Anywhere Integrated Services. He is responsible for the company’s sales, centralized operations and strategic partnerships across the U.S. 

Don began his career with Cendant Mortgage in 1998. During his tenure, he held positions in Sales and Secondary Marketing as a Senior Hedging & Trading Analyst. In 2002, he joined Anywhere Integrated Services to build the infrastructure and provide day-to-day leadership for the Convenient Closing Services division. Don was instrumental in expanding this division and other lender services under the Settlement Services brand. He went on to serve as Senior Vice President of Relocation Services, Lender Services, Real Estate Joint Ventures and, ultimately, Sales for the company’s East Region, before being appointed to his current role.  

Don attended Rowan University. He served for several years on the board of advisors for the American Cancer Society in Southern New Jersey and is currently a member of both the board of directors and the executive committee for Title Data, Incorporated.

MICHAEL GOZDAN, Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Mike Gozdan is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Anywhere Integrated Services. He oversees all legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state regulatory compliance, contract management and licensing administration, and has held this position since 2006.

Mike began his career with PHH Mortgage (PHH) in 1992 as Regulatory Compliance Counsel. He was later named a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for PHH, before joining Anywhere Integrated Services in 2002 in a business capacity as Vice President, Lender Services. In that role, Mike was responsible for the Centralized Settlement Services group, which provided search, title and closing services to lenders in all 50 states. Under Mike’s leadership, Anywhere Integrated Services successfully handled record refinance volume and developed several new product offerings. In 2003, Mike assumed responsibility for Anywhere Integrated Services’ Relocation Services division. He led the team through a significant restructuring—from a national platform into regional hubs, to provide a more effective service offering to relocation clients—before being appointed to his current role.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Villanova University and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.

ILENE TOPPER, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Ilene Topper is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Anywhere Integrated Services and Anywhere Advisors. She is responsible for financial oversight of the businesses, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business analytics.

Prior to joining Anywhere, Ilene was the Division Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Consumer and Small Business Lending & Asset Management group at PNC Financial Services. Before that, she served as the Division CFO for PNC’s Retail and Asset Management businesses, and CFO for its Consumer Lending business. She started at PNC as Director of Financial, Regulatory and Corporate Reporting, and was responsible for the company’s Securities and Exchange Commission and regulatory filings. 

Earlier in her career, Ilene was Chief Financial Officer for the Credit Portfolio Management division of Fannie Mae and, before that, Vice President of Accounting Operations, responsible for the enterprise’s Retained Securities portfolio. 

Ilene earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to supporting powerful female executives in strengthening their leadership, magnifying their influence and paving the way for others.

DEBORAH HIGGINS McLEAN, Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Debbie Higgins McLean is Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for Anywhere Integrated Services and for Anywhere’s Finance, Legal and Communications teams. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership for the company, including talent strategy, recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management and training and development.

Prior to joining Anywhere Integrated Services, Debbie spent more than a decade as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for Finlay Fine Jewelry, where she implemented company-wide best practice initiatives in various facets of human resource management.

Earlier in her career, Debbie served in senior human resources roles at Lechters and at Macy’s.

Debbie earned a bachelor’s degree from Rider University with a double major in Management and Human Resources.

ABHIJIT MUKHERJEE, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Abhijit Mukherjee is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Anywhere Integrated Services. He is responsible for the company’s information technology systems, data, architecture and applications.

Before being appointed to his current role, Abhijit served as Vice President, Application Engineering for Anywhere Integrated Services. Prior to that, he was Director of Data Architecture for PHH Mortgage and, earlier in his career, a Lead Engineer for IBM.

Abhijit earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, a master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) data groups. He is also involved with several charities and community organizations, including Bengali Cultural Society, the American Multiple Sclerosis Society and Anywhere Integrated Cares.

BRIAN PITMAN, Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Independence Title

Brian Pitman co-founded Independence Title in 2005 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Now the largest title company in Austin, TX, Independence has grown to include operations in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth.

Earlier in his career, Brian was a Division President at First American Title Company in Austin, and, before threat, President of Chapin Title in Sherman, TX.

Brian attended The University of Texas at Austin. He is actively involved in both the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA). He was a member of the board of governors of ALTA from 2013-2015 and he served as TLTA President from 2010-2011.

TROY E. SINGLETON, Senior Vice President, East Region

Troy Singleton is Senior Vice President, East Region, for Anywhere Integrated Services. He is responsible for business development and growth efforts in the eastern United States.

Prior to joining Anywhere Integrated Services, Troy served as Senior Council Representative of the Keystone-Mountain Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters, which represents more than 40,000 union carpenters in the eastern United States. Earlier in his career, he was President of the New Jersey Carpenter Contractor Trust, where he oversaw the Labor Management department for the 17,000-member union. 

Troy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rowan University, with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Burlington and Mercer (NJ) Counties. He also serves as a State Senator, representing New Jersey’s 7th legislative district. Previously, Troy was Deputy Executive Director of the New Jersey General Assembly Majority Office, with responsibility for shaping the legislative agenda and managing constituent relations.

JONATHAN T. McGRAIN, Vice President, Marketing and Communications

Jon McGrain is Vice President, Marketing and Communications, for Anywhere Integrated Services. He is responsible for the company’s brand, marketing and communications strategies. 

Prior to joining Anywhere Integrated Services, Jon was a Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for DNB First Bank. In this role, he led the conceptualization and execution of the bank’s marketing communications, digital and product development initiatives. Before that, Jon served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, for PHH Corporation, where he successfully centralized the brand, marketing and communications strategies for the company’s Mortgage and Fleet Management business lines. 

Earlier in his career, Jon held senior marketing and communications roles with Radian Group, Amerin Guaranty Corporation, Chemical Bank (now Chase) and Citicorp.

Jon earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University, and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University. He is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, the National Investor Relations Institute and the Public Relations Society of America. He also serves on the board of trustees of the Johnsville Centrifuge and Science Museum in Pennsylvania.
