In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re highlighting the trailblazers leading the way within our organization. As the Senior Vice President of Texas American Title, Jeanette Fraley is bringing her passion, knowledge, and expertise to Anywhere’s leadership team and we’re thrilled to share her insights and experiences with you.

What are you most passionate about in your work?
I am most passionate about driving results! Our Winning Behaviors sums up what we are trying to accomplish in growth, finding a better way, focusing on talent and achieving results.

How do you approach developing new female leaders within your company?
I believe in providing real life education, not just in escrow and title terms, but also in people skills. Your career growth and our customer growth are significantly driven by our attitude.

What’s the best lesson you’ve learned as a female leader?
I have learned a few: Always be honest, take the time to listen to everyone's side of the story before you make a judgement, let people know you care about them, and never stop learning. I love Audible or LinkedIn Learning. I also like HBR's 10 Must Reads of the Year for keeping a pulse on business changes, ideas and strategies.

How can women support other women in their organization?
It's important to collaborate and share what you know. I learn from my bosses, my peers and my team all the time.

What is the best leadership advice you’ve received?
Ask questions of your team and listen to them. You need well rounded feedback to make well rounded decisions.

What advice do you have for someone who is just starting their career?
Decide to be the best you. Implement small daily habits that will strategically help you be your best in every area of your life. I highly recommend reading or listening to The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. If you commit to those daily habits, you will succeed.

At Anywhere, our Diversity vision is to empower everyone, anywhere to own their future and have a place to call home.
